As we come into the summer season, here a few Pool Safety reminders:

~Completely fence the pool area. Effective barriers and locks are important for blocking access to the pool.

~Don’t use a pool with its cover partially in place. Children and adults can get trapped under it.

~Keep all toys away from the pool area since small children playing with the toys could accidentatlly fall into the water.

~Make sure to have a telephone handy with all emergency numbers close by.

Above all, adult supervision is the most important and effective way to decrease accidents in the pool. We hope everyone has a safe and fun summer.
